Behavior Change: As an ACE Behavior Change Specialist, I have additional training and experience in behavior modification concepts and techniques. I help people change habits that interfere with their quality of life or get in the way of them reaching wellness goals. If you’ve tried to change on your own but keep going back to the same old routines, a Behavior Change Specialist can help. You’ll get a clear picture of the factors that influence your behavior and learn how to set yourself up for long-term success. A little more about what makes this special, unique, and like nothing you’ve ever been involved with before. As a member of the United States Army, I was afforded the opportunity to train as a Master Resilience Trainer (MRT). The military developed the MRT program within its Comprehensive Soldier Fitness Program to combat the rise in suicide rates and improve health outcomes among today’s veteran population. The benefits of this resilience training have greatly improved my quality of life, and I want to teach you how it can do the same for yours. Let me share some of my knowledge and skills from almost 2o years in the military, police, and fire/rescue service as well as an educational background in exercise science and counseling.

If you struggle to stay consistent, motivated, or need that extra push to achieve change in your life, this is where I can really help you! As a team, we review your current health status and work on changing behaviors that are no longer working for you. These appointments are whatever, wherever, and whenever you want them to be. Whether we meet in person, via messaging, or virtual (such as Skype or Facetime) you will get the support you need to reach your potential.

Rates vary depending on location, frequency, need, and programming, however, start at just $20 for 30 minutes.
