Through diverse fitness routines, physical adventure & hands on educational experiences, and holistic and balanced wellness, I strive to create a robustly nurturing and motivating environments that seeks to engage individuals mind, body, and spirit in order to enhance their quality of life.


I believe in a holistic approach to fitness.  Mind – body – spirit.  Think about what you can achieve when you have all three in balance!  I have been where you have been.  I have been a premier athlete, a soldier, a law enforcement officer.  But I have also been overwhelmed, faced physical and emotional struggles, and at times have simply lost motivation. Whether you are just starting out on a healthier path, or want to fine-tune the one you are already on, you can count on me as your coach, trainer, Behavior Change Specialist, or massage therapist to support you 110%.
